Our Team

 
Iman Kouvalis is the founder of Greeks Rethink, connecting a global Greek Muslim community and serves on the board of the Muslim Association of Greece as the strategic planning director.
 

As the president of Mission:Focus, a business that helps organisations perfect their legacies through strategic and business planning, she trains Muslim leaders on how to structure and organize their local, national and international communities for spiritual, social and outreach development.

Through her experience as a former engineer, school vice-principal and board member, she prepared her school for the opening of a secondary school and designed an exhaustive list of community-wide programs as an agent of change and improvement of quality.   

She is a descendant of Greek parents who after researching comparative religion, chose to convert to Islam in the year 2000.
